Sherburn Hungate Primary School

French

French is taught throughout KS2. Teachers follow the Language Angels scheme to support their planning and teaching of French. The generally agreed language in school is French as this is in keeping with the majority of the surrounding schools (information gathered at regular MFL network meetings). However, when it is appropriate other languages are sometimes explored through our Learning Journeys.
